• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Description of Service#

heystox is a cloud-based analytics and insights platform designed to help users explore stock trends and financial data.
Some features use AI-generated insights provided through the OpenAI API.
These insights are for informational and educational purposes only and must not be interpreted as financial advice.

No Financial or Investment Advice#

• All data, insights, and content within heystox are provided "as-is" for informational purposes only.
• heystox does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
• You are solely responsible for any financial decisions based on information obtained through the Service.
• Always verify data and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Subscriptions and Billing#

• Paid features are available through subscription plans (Pro and Premium).
• Payments and invoices are processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy Inc., our authorized Merchant of Record.
• By upgrading, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge you according to your selected plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime via your heystox Account Settings or the Lemon Squeezy Billing Portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access remains active until then.
• Refunds are handled under the Subscription & Refund Policy.

Free and Paid Plans#

heystox offers three plans:

We may adjust pricing or features with prior notice.

Acceptable Use#

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Share, sell, or resell your account access.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code.
• Scrape or misuse the platform for high-volume automated data extraction.
• Interfere with Service performance or security.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

AI Features and Limitations#

• heystox integrates OpenAI API for text-based analysis and summarization.
• AI responses may contain errors or incomplete information.
• You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content for decision-making.
• By using AI features, you consent to limited data transfer to OpenAI (USA) under GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Intellectual Property#

• All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, and content, belong to Entwicklerherz GmbH or our licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes under your plan.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content or software.

Termination#

• You may delete your account at any time in the Account Settings section.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
• Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.
• Certain data (e.g., invoices) may be retained as required by law.

Liability and Disclaimer#

• We provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data or AI-generated content.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entwicklerherz GmbH shall not be liable for:
  • any financial loss or trading decision,
  • indirect or consequential damages, or
  • loss of profits or data.
• Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the preceding 12 months.

Data Protection#

Your privacy is important to us.
All processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction#

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
• The competent court for any dispute shall be Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
• Mandatory consumer protection rights under local laws remain unaffected.

Changes to the Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
