How AI Is Used in heystox#

heystox uses AI models provided by OpenAI LLC to:

• generate market-related text summaries,
• assist users in understanding stock movements,
• simplify data interpretation, and
• provide educational or contextual insights.

AI-generated content appears within the app in areas such as Stock Details, Analytics Summaries, or Watchlist Insights.

Data Processing by AI#

When you use AI-enabled features:

• Only the minimal text necessary for generating a response is sent to OpenAI's API.
• No personal or payment data is transmitted.
• Inputs may include ticker symbols, stock names, or short user prompts.
• Processing takes place in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with the GDPR.

Accuracy and Limitations#

While AI technology can improve efficiency and understanding, it has limitations:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or incomplete.
